Refunds for Digital Courses
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on our digital courses. You are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:
– You request the refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.
– You have not completed more than 25% of the course content.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we detect abuse of our refund policy, such as repeated refund requests from the same user.

Consulting services are billed based on time and expertise. As such, fees for consulting hours that have already been delivered are non-refundable.
If you wish to cancel a pre-paid block of consulting hours, you may be eligible for a partial refund for the unused hours, provided you give us at least 48 hours’ notice before the next scheduled session. A cancellation fee may apply.
How to Request a Refund

– Your full name and the email address used for purchase. – The name of the course or service you wish to have refunded.
– The reason for your refund request.

Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.
